Where can I find ECABIKE? Where are you located?
We live, work and bike in Bordeira. Therefore, dropping off an ECABIKE at your doorstep is free in Vilarinha, Carrapateira, Alfambras ánd Bordeira ;).
If your (holiday)housing is a bit further, costs depend on the option to schedule with other deliveries. Co-riding is always more fun and more efficient!
How far does the ebike bring me? How long does the battery last?
You can ride your ECABIKE for approximately 70 kilometers on average, on a full battery.
This is a rough estimate, since it depends on how much support you use, the type of roads you´re on and also the weather conditions.
Are fat tire eBikes harder to ride?
Fat tire eBikes are not necessarily harder to ride than regular eBikes. However, they do have some unique characteristics that can make them feel different.
Can anyone ride along on the back?
That really depends on how much space the rider needs up front. (And the size of both buttocks…)
At the moment, we have mounted some of the bikes with steps.
These footrests make riding with a second passenger more comfortable and stable.
Footrests are mandatory to carry legally a second passenger in Portugal.
The maximum load per ebike is 135kg.
How high is the seat of the ECABIKE? And can it be adjusted?
The seat height is 85cm (front) and 87cm (back). You can´t adjust the seat itself, but by sliding a bit more to the front or back you can adjust your own seating.
Well, kinda like on a motorcycle really.

Left! Or if you feel like it, take a right. Seriously though, there is so much to see in this area, you´ll hardly able to take it all in.
